Welcome

Izzy-k-roo Designs is my dream business because it allows me to fulfill two of my loves, sewing and photography. Izzy-k-roo’s began in January 2003 (just after my son was born). Because I get inspired by fabrics that I see – pinpointing a particular specialty is hard! Some items that I consider a specialty include custom purse, totes and bags for all ages; removable camera straps, children’s clothing, quilts, and, especially, baby items. All of our products are handcrafted in our design studio using the best materials available. Since my family considers me a perfectionist, you are assured that your item is of the utmost quality!

Payment

I accept several forms of payment: PayPal (preferred), Money Orders, and Cashier’s Checks.

Please note that if paying for your purchase with PayPal, that your address is "Confirmed". To protect you and me, I will only ship to addresses on PayPal invoices. These addresses should, also, match up with the address you have on file with Etsy.

Special Note: If paying with PayPal for multiple orders, all orders must be made with one PayPal payment. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to convo me.

Shipping

Ready to ship items will be mailed via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation within 2-3 business days from date of payment (depending on payment type: i.e., e-checks – take longer to clear). If you are interested in upgrading to priority mail, please contact me and I can invoice you for the additional charge.

Custom order straps are all made to order and will be mailed within 5-7 business days from date of payment and will be shipped as previously mentioned above. Please convo me prior to purchasing if you have any questions.

If you need your purchase, quicker than Priority, we do offer Expedite shipping (Max. 5 per day). Please send me a convo if you're interested, but, remember, these slots fill up quickly!.

International shipping is offered on all items, please convo to find out shipping totals prior to your purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

Customer service is an important part of my business and I for one take it very seriously. I want all of my customers to be 100% satisfied with their complete shopping experience (i.e., purchases, convos, and anything else) with Izzy-k-roo Designs.

Therefore, if for some reason, you are not happy with your purchase – please convo me as soon as possible and I will be happy to try and fix the problem especially if there was an error on my part.

Please note that I do not normally accept returns, but depending on the circumstances I am willing to make exchanges; however, all items must be returned to me in the same condition that it was shipped BEFORE the new item will be made. If you would prefer a refund, please be advise that a refund WILL NOT occur until the product is returned, again, in its original condition! All refunds will be for the original purchase amount less a 15% restocking fee and any shipping charges. Unfortunately, I WILL NOT refund any shipping charges for any refunds or exchanges.

Custom orders are non-refundable unless there was a mistake or error made on my part.

Additional Policies and FAQs

~ customer appreciation programs ~

Since the heart and soul of any business is my customers, I decided the best way to show my gratitude were to offer two very distinct programs of appreciation.
• For every 12th purchase, get your 13th purchase free – the way this program works is I will add up the pre-shipped purchase price of every item and then divide the total by 12 – the result is the amount of your FREE item.
• Since business grows by word of mouth, I am, also, offering a Referral Program. For every referral you make to Izzy-k-roo’s Designs that ends in a purchase, the referring individual will receive a K-roo Buck ($1) off your next Izzy-k-roo Design purchase. K-roo Bucks never expire (why should they?!?!), so you have another opportunity to receive something FREE or save them up for something half off. Since they do not expire, use them when you want. However, it is important to note that you will need to remind your referral to send me your information (i.e., name) so that I know that they were referred by you at checkout (etsy or paypal).

~ sizing & measurements ~

Our pre-made camera straps will fit most DSLRs made by Canon, Nikon, and as well as several other brands. Nonetheless, each brand’s strap might be slightly different so to be sure that the camera strap slipcover will fit your particular camera, please measure your camera’s strap prior to purchasing.

Since these camera strap slipcovers make great gifts and you may not be quite certain of the measurements for that individual’s camera – don’t fret, we offer Izzy-k-roo’s Designs gift certificates.

~ wholesale ~

I do offering my products at wholesale prices. Please feel free to convo me for further information about pricing. I would be happy to assist you and build a selling relationship!

~ custom orders ~

I gladly accept custom orders and have loads of fabric to choose from in a variety of designs and colors schemes. Please send me a convo about what you are would like design and color-wise and let me do the rest. Once details are ironed out, I will let you know completion and shipping timeframe.

Since the turnaround time for custom order is, currently, 5 days (not including shipping time); however, if you need your custom order asap then I am more than willing to offer express custom orders for an additional charge (depends on the item(s)). Please send me a convo for further details.
