jamieleto.etsy.com is a shop full of sensibly priced items. i like to do a little bit of everything, so i hope you enjoy all my fun items !

all my materials are vegan/animal friendly. i create in a smoke free, pet free environment.

i have yet to encounter any problems concerning payment, shipping, etc. all of this is precautionary. i hope to continue to have effortless and wonderful sales.

Payment

my preferred form of payment is paypal, but if need be, i do accept personal checks; contact me for details. mail check at your own risk, i am NOT responsible for what happens in the mail.

payment must be received or sent within two days of purchase unless further stated.

cancellations must occur within two days of the sale. if you have a problem sending payment, contact me.

Shipping

I USE THE ADDRESS YOU GIVE ME ON ETSY SO MAKE SURE IT'S CORRECT !
i ship after i have fully received payment, worldwide by USPS.

contact me if you'd like insurance. after i ship, i am NOT responsible if anything is lost within the mail.

gift wrapping is available. see shop for details.

Refunds and Exchanges

if you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 10 days after payment to exchange for store credit ONLY.

if damage occurs while in the mail, convo or e-mail me. these incidents will be handled on a case by case basis.

i will do repairs for a minimal fee if any damage occurs. contact me.

i do custom orders on demand and depending on what it is you desire. i try not to trade as often as possible.
