We at Hyperloop Hoops are dedicated to spreading the love of the Wiggle. We feel it is our duty to spread the joy that hula hoops and hoop dance bring. Payment

All prices on Etsy are quoted in US Dollars, so wherever you see the $ sign it means USD$.

If you are using Paypal to pay you can find out what you will be paying in your local currency if you follow paypals steps:-

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click the Fees link.
3. Click View Currency Converter.
4. Enter the amount, select from which currency and to which currency.
5. Click Calculate.

All the ready made, hand crafted hoops that we offer on etsy will be dispatched by registered post within 3 working days of payment being finalised (i.e. Paypal payment being received or cheque clearing in the bank).

If you contact us to requested a custom made hoop we will agree a mutually satisfactory date of deliver at that time. Custom made hoops can take longer than the ready made hoops as parts and materials may have to be sourced. We will keep you updated and informed all the time of any unforeseen delays. We will never leave you hanging not knowing where your hoop is.

If you need to cancel an order

To cancel an order contact us with your order reference number.

If the order has not yet been shipped and is cancelled and payment has already been made, we will refund you the purchase price including postage and Packing.

If the order has been shipped then you must return the unwanted goods to us unused and in their original packaging at your own risk and at your own cost within 10 days of delivery. We will credit your payment with the cost of the unwanted product, including OUR postage and packing, but NOT including YOUR postage and packaging for returning the item to us.

In the case of custom made goods we will not refund any money as long as the goods have been made to the agreed specifications. As long as it is fit for function we reserve the rights not to refund monies.

Shipping

Refunds and Exchanges

Every effort is made at Hyperloop Hoops to get your goods to you in perfect condition. If any product is faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit to you, please contact us and report the problem within SEVEN working days of receipt of the goods. Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders will be replaced or refunded. Please do not ship the goods back to us unless we have told you to do so. We will not reimburse the cost of shipping items back to us unless we have instructed you to do this.

At Hyperloop Hoops we do our utmost to make sure that we provide our customers with great products and loyal service. If you feel we have not done so, please Contact us and let us know how you feel we have let you down. We will try our hardest to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you do not see a hoop here that tickles your fancy, contact us and let us know what you are looking for. We custom make hoops to order. For custom orders we take a 50% deposit up front and the remaining 50% is payable on completion of the hoop before we ship the goods.
