I use unloved materials to create quirky new jewelry and accessories. My "Bookish" line is made from old book covers, which I transform into collaged art pendants. I endeavor to get all my materials second hand, though I do occasionally have to break down and buy a new pair of sharp scissors or jar of Mod Podge.

20% of all of my sales goes to help special needs animals at the Ashtabula County Animal Protective League: http://ashtabulaapl.blogspot.com

After that, 100% of profits go to my own animal rescue, Serenity Now Ranch: http://senora-blog.blogspot.com

I hope you will buy my creations because you love them, but you can feel good knowing that your purchases help animals as well :)

Payment

At this time I only accept PayPal. If this is a problem for you feel free to convo me and we can try to work something out. Keep in mind that you can still pay via PayPal even if you choose not to have a PayPal account. All you need is a credit card.

Payment is expected at time of purchase. If payment is not received within 72 hours of order, I will cancel the order and re-list the item.

If you have any problems with the payment process, contact me and I will help you through it! :)

Shipping

In most cases your item will go out the next business day, if not then the day after for sure. I ship USPS First Class Mail, but am glad to upgrade...just convo me and I'll send you an invoice for the difference. I use recycled materials but your package *will* look adorable! I get most of my packing supplies unused via Freecycle, so you may not even be able to tell that the packaging is recycled :)

I don't send printed invoices unless they are requested. I do like to include an upcycled freebie or two :)

Additional Policies and FAQs

Everything in my store is suitable for vegans, with the possible exception that some of the glues used on the antique books I pillage might be animal based...I have no way of finding out, and as a vegan myself I am not bothered by this, but in the interest of full disclosure...

My items are made in my smoke-free, animal-free studio in my smoke-free, animal-plentiful home (no cats, though! I'm allergic...). Most of my designs do not incorporate metal and so are suitable for those with metal sensitivities.

I'm convo friendly and always pleased to do custom orders!
