Hi,
Thank you for shopping with DAH Ceramics. All pieces are handbuilt or slip cast by Dara Anne Hartman.

Payment

I accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account you can still use PayPal to make your purchase. If I do not receive payment within three days I will email an invoice. If payment is not received within a week of purchase I will cancel the order and relist the item.

Shipping

I will ship your order by UPS Ground within 2 to 3 days after payment is received and I will email you the tracking number. Items are packaged according to the UPS guidelines, 2 layers of bubble wrap around each item and 2" of peanuts between box walls and items. I use recycled packing materials when available.

For International orders I will be happy to ship anywhere in the world, however the shipping costs will vary. Please convo me with your address and what you would like to purchase. I will find out the shipping costs and send you a quote.

Refunds and Exchanges

I try to pack items as well as possible but accidents do happen. If by chance you should receive a broken piece please contact me and I can give you a refund or send you another piece.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase I will be happy to exchange the undamaged item but the buyer will pay for the return shipping and shipping of the new item.
