Payment

At this time I only accept Paypal for payments. I ship as soon as possible, but within 3-5 business days, after the funds are received in my Paypal account.

If you pay with an e-Check via Paypal, I always wait until I am notified by Paypal that the payment has cleared before shipping. This is for my protection; I hope you understand.

Shipping

At this time, I offer $2.00 first class shipping, with delivery confirmation, via the United States Postal Service. This policy to subject to change at any time.

***NOTE: If you need or prefer an upgrade to Priority Mail, Overnight Express and/or insurance, you will be invoiced for the full cost of these services.

United States customers: Your item will ship within 3-5 business days of receipt of full payment. Unless otherwise instructed, I ship first class via United States Postal Service. See above if you need an item shipped via Priority Mail or Overnight Express.

International customers: Your item will ship within 3-5 business days of receipt of full payment. You will receive your package First Class International ONLY through the United States Postal Service. I will not lie on a customs form, so you must make sure your country will accept costume jewelry and other beaded accessories.

I will notify you via convo when your item is shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final, no refunds. However, in the event of damage or breakage, I will consider these issues on a case by case basis.

Additional Policies and FAQs

To ensure that they arrive safely, all my items are packed in a small plain white box with a small bit of bubble wrap and tissue paper. The box is secured with a rubber band and enclosed with an invoice and either a business card or a Moo (mini business) card.

I do not use tape in my packaging because in my experience, customers like to see for themselves what they are giving as gifts. However, gift wrapping is available, at no extra charge.

If for any reason, you do not want your item boxed, please let me know.
