Hello and thank you for considering a purchase from Off the Peg.

Payment

For all international buyers I only accept Paypal.
For Aussie buyers I accept Paypal and direct debit (please convo me if you want to pay by direct debit).

Shipping

I am based in Australia so shipping will generally take 10 days to 2 weeks. Your order will be shipped within 3-5 days of order placement, unless of course you have placed a custom order.

Refunds and Exchanges

If upon receipt of your goods you are genuinely dissatisfied with the quality of your purchase please contact me immediately with a detailed description of the problem. I will access each situation individually and work out an amicable solution to your complaint.
