Welcome to the land of misfit fabric.

Our goal is to reinterpret classic designs and theories with nontraditional materials. Although most supplies are new (will be mentioned in the descriptions when not), they are often the disassociated; discontinued upholstery samples, scraps from alterations, end bolts, remnants, and yard sale finds.

Payment

We accept PayPal from all customers, but will only accept USPS money orders and checks from banks in the United States. Items will be shipped once payment has cleared. We reserve the right to cancel transactions after three days if a payment has not been received.

Items will be reserved for a maximum of 48 hours unless we agree otherwise.

Shipping

We ship through USPS using First Class mail for both domestic and international, unless otherwise stated in the listing. Packages are generally sent on Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays. If you would like an upgrade to Priority Mail or add insurance for your item, contact me and I will prepare an adjusted invoice. I strive to provide safe and fairly priced shipping options. If at any point we have grossly overestimated, a refund for the additional amount will be issued through PayPal. If paying with a check or money order, we can verify shipping costs prior to issuing payment

Particularly for international shipping, please feel free to contact us for an adjusted shipping amount. The buyer is responsible for all fees associated with items crossing borders. International shipping does not include confirmation or insurance, but this upgrade is available. I reserve the right to require insurance for certain destinations at the buyer's expense.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase in any way, please contact us to resolve the issue. We will always offer a refund of the item cost if you are disappointed with the quality of work or if the description does not match what you received. Please notify us immediately and return item within 7 days.

Additional Policies and FAQs

For all custom orders, please note that we work mainly from remnants, scraps and found objects. I will rarely be able to recreate another piece, especially with the handles. If you have a fabric already in your possession that you would like me to make into a purse, just contact me. I have done this for a couple of people already and it is becoming my favorite custom order!

Also, I hesitate to take pieces apart to makes significant changes like linings or straps as many of the fabrics I use do not take kindly to the stress. But always feel free to ask. Such modifications may require an additional reconstruction fee. I do ask for a 50% deposit on all specialty custom orders that either require the purchase of supplies or would not fit within the realm of my normal listings. These instances will be handled case by case.
