Payment

I accept Paypal, and Money orders. Items paid for with Paypal will be shipped immediately following payment confirmation. All others will be delayed until payment is recieved by mail.Thank you all for supporting me as an artist as well as artists around the world!

Shipping

I do recommend purchasing insurance if it is availiable for your item. Art can be very fragile, and I will keep that in mind when packaging your item.

Refunds and Exchanges

Art is something that attracts you to it's individuality, if for some reason your item is NOT AS DESCRIBED (please specify)(Ex. color,construction,materials) you may return the item. Return shipping will be the buyers responsibility. Upon arrival of item to me I will carefully inspect the reason for return and be sure to personalize it to your desire and will return it to you at no cost, ONE TIME DEAL! If you would not like your item personalized and sent back, you need to specify that and I will gladly refund your money in full upon the arrival of your item seeing that it is not damaged.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I would like all to know I do guarantee my items, loose findings, missing stones, or broken pieces can be replaced. This damage does not include items damaged during shipping. This policy is similar to the return policy above. I will repair your item and send it back to you (no cost), certain charges may apply if the item needs complete replacement,being that some materials I use (Ex.Gold and 925Sterling) are very costly. In that matter the item will be discounted with agreement.
