Payment

if you are using paypal, payment must be received within 3 business days. if you do not have a paypal account, you can still pay via credit card through paypal. if you need assistance, please convo me. i will be happy to walk you through it. i am no longer accepting money orders at this time and apologize for the inconvenience.

Shipping

i ship all items within 2 business days of receipt of payment via usps, unless otherwise requested. shipping prices include insurance and delivery confirmation unless noted in the listing. your item(s) will come to you wrapped in recycled packaging and gift ready for no additional charge if requested. otherwise, they come in an anti tarnish, resealable bag.

Refunds and Exchanges

i want you to love your new jewelry. most items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of shipping date. custom orders and sale items are non-returnable. shipping charges are non-refundable unless your item was damaged during shipping. buyer is responsible for any re-shipping charges in the case of return/exchange unless the return/exchange is due to an error on my part.
