Thank you for stopping by! Before you purchase, please take a moment to look over my shop policies.

Payment

Please pay when you checkout. I only accept PayPal, however (a little known secret) you don't need a PayPal account to use your credit card. See this article with info about how to pay without signing up for PayPal: http://tinyurl.com/2zepsg

Be aware that if no contact or payment is made by the time 7 days have passed, I will contact Etsy to have the sale canceled.

Aos Compradores Brasileiros: Para pagar com depósito bancário façam o check out dos produtos normalmente no etsy e na hora que chegarem em SUBMIT ORDER/PAYMENT METHOD cliquem em OTHERS ao invés de Pay Pal. Mandarei por email os dados da minha conta bancária para depósito.

Shipping

PLEASE verify that your PayPal address and your Etsy address are the same OR please tell me in the "note to seller" which address I should ship to! If the addresses don't match I will contact you to verify which is correct. If I cannot make contact with you to verify where to ship within three days, I will refund your money and contact Etsy to cancel the sale. I can only ship your order if payment has been received and I know which address to ship to. Non-payment or a conflict between your PayPal and Etsy address can cause a delay in shipping!

I ship items within 3 business days of receiving payment, by registered mail with tracking number for national and international mail.

Orders ship two times a week: on TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS usually takes 2 weeks to arrive. However, shipping time depends greatly on the speed of delivery in the country you live in and how quickly your package is processed through customs.
As such, I ask that you give your order at least 3 to 4 weeks to arrive before assuming it's gone missing! PLEASE NOTE: Buyers are responsible for any customs or duty fees charged by their country's postal service and these fees are not covered in the cost of shipping.

If you need rush shipping please send me a note so I can give you a proper shipping cost.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will exchange or refund merchandise if you are displeased with your order provided you contact me within 3 day of receiving your order and you return the order to me. Shipping cost is not refunded. Feel free to contact me at any time with questions, comments or concerns.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please note that certain colors and brightness levels vary on different monitors. The colors in my original pieces have been carefully adjusted on my computer, to reflect the colors of the original pieces.
