I want you to be as in love with my pieces as I am with the process of making them. I am thrilled that there is a venue like Etsy to let artists and lovers of art come together and share our passion for the work and the process of creating it. The whole point is for everyone to have a positive experience and connect on a level that goes beyond an impersonal purchase from a faceless corporation.

Payment

Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase.

If you would like to pay directly with a credit card (MasterCard or Visa), you certainly may. The following information is required: Card type, card number and expiration date, 3 digit security code from the back of the card, telephone number (including area code), and zip code.

Personal checks are accepted, but please be aware that your purchase will not be shipped until your check has cleared the bank. Generally, this means about 10 days.

Shipping

I ship via USPS. My aim is not to make a profit on shipping, but to simply cover costs; since postal rates seem unpredictable these days this has become a hit or miss proposition. If the actual cost of shipping is more than $1.00 lower than what I have charged you, I will gladly refund the difference.

Insurance is included in your shipping cost. That way, any misadventures encountered by your package along the shipping path are covered and nobody is unhappy. I hate nasty surprises and am sure you do too!

I will send you a shipping confirmation via e-mail as soon as your package leaves my hands.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want your experience with your purchase and my shop to be a positive one. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 5 days of receipt and we will figure out a way to make it right.
