All the item in my shop are hand painted. Everything is original, the color schemes may be similar but not duplicated. Every little creature has it's own personality.
I am always open to custom orders, making a little fairy to look like someone you love is no problem at all. Add a name, or suggest another use for the little ladies... such as a gift tag, wall hang, ornament, etc.
Everything change (especially seasonally) so keep coming back and see what's new!

Payment

PAYPAL is my number one form of payment.

Shipping

As a general rule, I will ship either the same day or very next day, depending on the time of purchase.
If it is a custom order, please allow one full day max to finish product before shipping.
If you have special shipping requests, please let me know, otherwise, because the product is quite light I generally ship Regular Parcel to reduce cost when time is not an issue.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are accepted, except on custom orders. You will be seeing your product prior to purchase so if it is custom, please check all details before purchase.
Any refund is excluding shipping.
