We strive to give you products that will be proud to use and to give as gifts.

We offer handmade goods and reclaimed yarn, most of our products are made of recycled, re-purposed material

Payment

We except Paypal for all purchases, We also except US Postal money orders.
Please email me through Etsy ,with in 3 days time, after purchase if you will be sending Money order.
All payment will be expected within 3 days of purchase. If you need more time to pay for a purchase please email me through Etsy and if reasonable maybe we can work something out.

Shipping

We ship on Mondays and Thursdays in the AM

Shipping is through USPS. Items will be sent flat rate if possible, first class if cheaper. All books sent media mail. All packages are sent with delivery confirmation and you will receive a email from me through Etsy with the tracing number.

Insurance is at buyers option and cost. If insurance is desired please email me though Etsy after purchase before payment, and I will send you a updated invoice. If you do not purchase insurance I will not be held responsible for lost or damaged goods, I can not control what happens once the package leaves my hands.

Refunds and Exchanges

If item is not as described in listing I will refund purchase price minus shipping and handling, email me with 3 days of receiving item to inform me that you are sending item back. Please remember that not all monitors are the same and what might be a true color on mine might not be true on yours, and my navy blue might be your royal blue. Please email me through Etsy with any questions before purchase.
