Payment

Accepted form of payment is via PayPal only, where payment may be made using a credit card or by logging into a PayPal account (if you in fact have one).

Please note that payment must be made immediately when purchasing by clicking on the ‘Pay Now’ button.

Shipping

Dinnerware orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

Illustration prints and decorative snail mail are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales final.

The very best effort is made to provide safe shipping for all orders and a tracking number will be given to you once your order has been created and sent out. With this tracking number, you may easily track your order while it makes its journey to you!

In the unfortunate case that an order is damaged or lost, please contact Tasica via Etsy within 5 days.
