b. Your items will be shipped 1 or 2 days after your payment is received and has cleared.
c. I ship worldwide, no exceptions :D
If you live in Europe, the shipping cost is the same as the one listed as United Kingdom.
If you live in Asia or Africa, the shipping cost is the same as the one listed as Australia.
d. I always ship via Registered Airmail for extra reliability, packages should arrive in a matter of 2 to 4 weeks depending on your location and the normal customs delay of your country.
