Payment

I accept payment via Paypal. If you are ordering from Europe and would like to pay via bank transfer please contact me.

Shipping

I ship via standard Swiss A Post which usually takes 7-10 business days not including Saturdays and Sundays.. For larger orders I ship Swiss B Post which can take up to 3 weeks. If you would like a price quote for the faster shipping please contact me. These methods do not provide tracking numbers. Please contact me to upgrade to registered shipping to get a tracking number (6$ additional). I usually ship once a week

Refunds and Exchanges

♥Refunds and Exchanges - If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact me within 5 business days after receiving the item. You'll get a full refund for the cost of the item if it's sent back unused and in original condition. Return shipping is your responsibility.

♥Damages - If you receive an item that has been damaged in the mail please send me a photo of the item. I will be willing to replace it after a photo is received.
