Howdy there, art-seeker! As you may have guessed, I love painting animals of all kinds. I'm a first year vet student trying to sneak some art in on the side. I'm all about doing custom orders when I've got the time, so if you have something in mind, feel free to contact me. Dogs, cats, and rabbits are staples of my artistic endeavors, but I would love to paint your ferret, goat, lovebird, gecko, whatever!

Payment

I accept Paypal for all items in my shop and custom orders. At this time, I am unable to accept personal checks or money orders.

All payment is due immediately upon placing your order. If you are having trouble with Paypal, let me know and we'll work through it together.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-Custom Items: If you cancel your order before I have shipped it out, I will refund your money minus a small restocking fee. Unless I have misrepresented an item in my listing or it is damaged upon arrival, I do not accept refunds or exchanges.

Custom Items: If you cancel your order before the completion of the project, I will refund 50%. The other 50% goes to cover my time and materials. Once the project is complete, there are no refunds. If I cancel the project on my end, I will refund 100%.

Shipping

My class schedule currently precludes me from shipping Monday-Friday, so all orders will be shipped out the Saturday after the order was placed.

I try to ship my artwork so that it gets to you as quickly as possible without costing you an arm and a leg. For most orders, this means going through the United States Postal Service. If I have to use UPS or FedEx, I will let you know.

Orders may include delivery confirmation and/or insurance at my discretion.

International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs and transport times. Because of this, I cannot consider an international package "lost" until three months after it leaves my hands. I will happily insure international packages at the buyer's expense upon request. I am legally obligated to declare the full value of your purchase on international customs forms and will not label it "gift" or "sample". Any duties owed on international purchases are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I retain the copyright and reproduction rights to all of my images, regardless of who owns the physical artwork.
