Payment

PAYMENT TYPES ACCEPTED
I accept payments through PayPal. You do NOT need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal. I also accept money orders and personal checks (10 days to clear max). Make checks or money orders payable to Cynthia Sheridan

Shipping

Anywhere in the US $4.80 for USPS Priority it you want a tracking number add $.65
add $.25 for each additional piece.

Everywhere else (I WILL SHIP ANYWHERE) –$11.90 for Priority International.
add $.25 for each additional piece.

International it takes around 10 to 20 days to arrive.
Any applying customs fees are responsibility of the buyer.
If you want a fastest shipping, please contact me.

Your items will be shipped out to you 1 business day from when you have paid.

Note that priority mail does not include insurance or registered mail and tracking number, contact me if you need any of these since I highly recomend it, specially in orders higher than 50 dollars, remember your package is going overseas...

Refunds and Exchanges

It is important to me that your love your new piece of jewelry, so if there are any problems with your jewelry please feel free to contact me.

Please e-mail me immediately if you need to return and/or exchange an item. The return has to be done in the first 3 days of delivery after that I would give store credit.

Additional Policies and FAQs

GIFTS:
I would be happy to resize your piece if it is a gift as the piece allows (you will be responsible for all additional necessary costs) after purchase.

Each piece of my jewelry (rather it is a gift or not) is packaged in a gift box, and my business card.

A handwritten gift card can be included free of charge, just let me know your sentiments when you purchase the piece.

DURABILITY:
I wear my own jewelry and have for years, I have never had a problem with breakage under “normal” wear and tear. Take care of your jewelry, treat it with love and respect, It was surly designed that way. I use tornado crimps (when I use crimps) and multi-strand, nylon coated beadalon, so my pieces stand the test of time. There are no exchanges or refunds for items that are broken due to mistreatment. On the rare occasion that something breaks due to a reason outside of your control (within a reasonable amount of time), or if you receive something that has broken in the mail, I will repair it (if possible) or refund your money no questions asked.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Probably 70% of my business is commission work. I have had pieces published several times. In books and magazines and now I stay pretty busy with custom designs. I usually run about 2-3 weeks out, unless I do not have supplies and have to order.

I am very happy to take Custom Orders when requested. If you are interested in placing a custom order, please convo me and we will start on our way to creating your special piece. A deposit of 50% of the estimated price is required before we will begin making the piece for you.

PRIVACY POLICY
We will NEVER - EVER share or sell any of your private information for any reason what so ever.

I do take custom orders, wedding and group events as well.
