Welcome to my store! I take pride in creating simple, but elegant jewelry from unique genuine stone beads. All of my jewelry is made from genuine stones and nickle-free metals. All crystal is swarovski.
Because I never like to make the same piece twice, it is important that if you like it--buy it, or someone else might beat you to it. :-) I buy my beads from bead shops in all different states, and sometimes I order them from other amazing sellers on etsy-- I don't usually buy more than 6 of a certain bead(again because I like to make different pieces), but if you like a certain piece that has sold, convo me and I will see what I can do.

I do my personal best to provide you with beautiful, quality pieces and ship them to you quickly.

Payment

I accept Paypal, money orders, and Propay (Visa/Mastercard).
If you would like to use credit card, please choose the "other" payment option and convo me and I will send you an invoice.
Please pay within 3 days of purchasing the item so I can mail it to you in a timely manner. If you need more than 3 days, please contact me. :-)

There will be a 5% sales tax added to Virginia residents.

Shipping

I accept PAYPAL~ I am verified and confirmed. Must recieve payment within three days of purchasing, and I will ship the item as soon as payment clears.
Each piece will be shipped with the greatest care in a velvet pouch and pretty packaging, because packaging to me is just as important as the product itself.

* DOMESTIC items are shipped USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation within 2-3 business days of receiving payment.

*INTERNATIONAL shipments are shipped using International First Class and will be shipped out 2-3 business days upon recieving payment.

* Other shipping options are available. Just ask me!

* Insurance isn't required, but recommended. Please contact me for insurance pricing before sending payment.

*PLEASE NOTE I ship to the address given to me via PAYPAL. If you would like your items sent to a different address please leave a "note to seller" in the box provided on Etsy or Paypal checkout and I'll make adjustments. I ALWAYS get a confirmation number (except on international orders) and will convo it to you after sending your item. I am not responsible for your item once it has left my hands at the post office, however, I will do my best to correct any problems that may arise.

*I will send an email to acknowledge your purchase and to let you know when I've shipped your item. If you don't see one from me within 24 hrs of your purchase please check your spam/junk email folder.

Refunds and Exchanges

I am not responsible for post office damage, stolen items, or if the item gets lost in the mail.
If something breaks, mail it back and I will fix it for you free of charge. :-)
