Have a question?...We are usually pretty fast at answering Etsy conversations and would love to hear from you. If we don't respond within an hour chances are we are working on orders and will respond shortly.

Payment

Paypal is the only accepted form of payment. If your payment is not received within 24 hours of purchase we will try to contact you. Your order may be canceled if payment is not received.

Please remember that purchases paid to Paypal by check can take several days to clear and your order will not be made or shipped until then.

Shipping

We print orders as they are placed. Personalized items can take 2-10 days to produce- depending on our work load. Archival printing needs to dry a day prior to being shipped. Non-personalized items are generally shipped out more quickly. We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Please let us know if your order is time sensitive and we will do our best to accommodate you. All United States orders are sent USPS First Class Mail. All international orders are sent First Class International.

All orders are shipped to your Etsy address.

It is the buyers responsibility to make sure Etsy has the accurate shipping address. If you would like an item to go to a different address contact us when ordering where to ship your purchase. We ship to the Etsy address because we have found it to be the most current address with our customers.

We can not change the shipping address once a package has left our shop. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure we have the correct address to ship to.

Please make sure Etsy has your current address.

Refunds and Exchanges

Non-personalized items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, and only if still in original condition and packaging. Buyer assumes all shipping charges.

Due to their customized nature, personalized items can not be refunded or exchanged. If there is a mistake on our end we will replace the item free of charge.

Please be aware that monitor colors vary greatly- colors may appear different in person. Fonts for personalized items vary from letter to letter. If you are concerned about how a name or word will appear on something we suggest ordering a sample prior to placing a large order. Farouche is not responsible for these variations, and will not refund or exchange personalized items.

Farouche is currently able to offer wholesale prices for giclees only. Provided that the buyer has a valid resale license. Contact us for more information.
