Shipping

Shipping Information:
Purchases usually shipped 2-5 business days after receiving payment. I take extra care in packing my work and ship first class to U.S. addresses. I will ship internationally, but will need to check on the cost of shipping. I can not be held responsible for lost or damaged items during the shipping process.

Refunds and Exchanges

Return Policy:
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you want to return your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Your order can be exchanged or returned for a full refund once the original item is returned in it's original condition. Custom Orders are NON-RETURNABLE. Before you leave feedback, let us try to work out any problem you may have with your purchase.

Necklace and Bracelet Warranty:
The jewelry I make is handcrafted with high-quality beads and components. As hard as I try to make sure my jewelry is made well, I can't deny that it is possible for one to break. I want you to be happy with your purchase, so I am providing a lifetime warranty on certain parts of the necklaces/bracelets including: wire, crimp beads, split rings and clasps. The repair or replacement of these said parts are at no cost to you except for shipping. All you have to do is convo or e-mail me and let me know about it and I will explain what to do from there!

Repairs:
As jewelry is worn day after day it usually ends up needing some pick-me-up. I have been very successful in repairing just about any necklace/bracelet that has come my way. If you have one that needs help and don't know what to do, Convo me and I will be more that happy to talk to you about it. I have a minimum $5.00 repair fee (if the item doesn't fit into the "necklace and bracelet warranty" description, and takes less than 1/2 hour to fix) plus shipping. This transaction will be done through Etsy. Once I hear from you, I will make a "repair listing".

Custom Orders:
Due to the nature of Custom Orders, they are NON-RETURNABLE. Depending on what is needed, a down payment for materials may be required.
