Payment

I only accept payment through PayPal. You may use all major Credit Cards via PayPal. Payment is due immediately after your purchase. If you have any difficulties making payment, please contact me immediately.

Shipping

Shipping is by USPS First Class Mail. All items will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment, except weekends.

Insurance, Priority, or Express Services are available upon request. Please contact me prior to making payment so I can advise you of the additional shipping costs. For your safety I encourage you to have your parcel insured.

International shipping is available at an extra fee. The international customer is responsible for all import taxes/customs/duties payable in their country.

Please make sure that you have the same shipping addresses on both Etsy and PayPal accounts. If not, please specify where the item is to be shipped.

I am happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases, just email me for the combined shipping rates.

Refunds and Exchanges

I like happy customers and will gladly accept exchanges or refunds on damaged pieces, if returned within 7 days and in original packaging and condition. Shipping fees can not be refunded.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me. Please understand that I cannot offer refunds for changing ones mind.
