All of my lampworked beads are created by hand using an oxygen-propane torch and glass from America, Italy and Germany. My glass beads are kiln annealed immediately after creation and are always cleaned well. I take great pride in presenting my work to you.

Payment

Paypal is my preferred method of payment. If payment is not received within 5 days of purchase, the sale will be cancelled and the item will be relisted.

Shipping

Domestically, I ship First Class with the US Postal Service in either a small box or a padded envelope. Items are promptly shipped the next business day upon receipt of payment.

I will ship internationally but ask that you contact me with your request and postal information prior to purchase. I will obtain the shipping rates and contact you as soon as possible.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you aren't satisfied with the item you purchased from me, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of the item. Once the item is returned to me in it's original condition, I will refund the purchase price (not including the original shipping fees).
