We pride ourselves on timely delivery of orders and quality products. We have been in business for more than 5 years and have many very satisfied customers.
We adore dogs and love to create beautiful and useful products for them.

Payment

Payment is due with order.
Your order may be canceled within 24 hours.

Shipping

We normally ship the item within 5 days.
If it is a custom or embroidered item, please allow up to 10 days for shipping.
During busy holiday shopping seasons, it may take a little longer to process an order.
We ship via Canada post unless requested otherwise. If you would like a different method of shipping, please contact us prior to making the payment as we will need to adjust the shipping charges.
We ship Worldwide. International sales welcome.

Refunds and Exchanges

We "do not" allow refunds unless the item is defective as most of our orders are custom created. If by some rare chance the item is defective, we will issue a replacement.
You must contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item.
Please 'make sure' that the item is 'exactly' what you want, the size and width are correct.
