My Shoes

All the shoes I use are brand new shoes. I use new shoes instead of upcycling old ones as I do not live near any good vintage or charity shops, and if I am buying second hand I want to be able to inspect the shoes in person.

Sometimes I use shoes that are made from leather, so make sure you read materials before buying (I always include).

All shoes are hand painted by me.

I state any noticeable faults with shoes, and I do not sell anything I would not be happy to wear myself (and I’m very fussy with shoes so that’s saying something!)

Customer satisfaction is of the highest importance to me and I will always try my best to meet your expectations.

Payment

At the moment, I only accept PayPal (no e-cheques).

Payment should be received within 24 hours of purchase or I will cancel the sale. Should you be unable to pay within in this timeframe, please contact before buying.

Shipping

I try to recycle packaging supplies as much as possible, so please don't be alarmed if the packaging looks used before. If this is a major problem, please convo me before buying. All items are packaged so that they are safe and can withstand a lot before there is damage.

If the addresses on Etsy and Paypal are different, I ship to the Etsy address. Please make sure your Etsy address is correct.

Items are usually shipped within 48 hours. (I'd like that to be 24 hours, but am now working full time so it's not always possible.)

If you would like quicker or cheaper shipping, contact me for a quote.

I refund shipping overage over a $1.

Refunds and Exchanges

Regarding shoes, I accept returns and exchanges and give refunds on the condition that the shoes are in the same condition as when I posted them and you notify me ASAP (no later than 5 days of receiving the item). I do not refund the postage to post back to me.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I understand buying shoes over the Internet is not ideal as fit and comfort is so important. This is why I include detailed measurements to allow you to compare with your own shoes. If you ever need any more measurements than I have listed, just send me a convo and I'll be happy to help!

I am not currently taking custom orders for my shoes, but when I will be taking them, these are the options and prices:

• Standard commission $100 – Includes the actual shoe and the customisation, but may take a few weeks to find the perfect shoe, plus around two weeks to customise the shoe.

• Detailed Commission $120 - Includes the shoe and a more complicated or detailed customisation. Again, may take a while to find the correct shoe.

• Own shoe customisation $60 – You send me your shoes and I will paint your chosen design.

N.B. If you want customisation that is very specific e.g. names, initials, I might ask for payment upfront, as it is unlikely I would be able to resell should the commission fall through.

If you want a pair of customised shoes, send me a convo stating:
- the design you want (if you would like one of my previous designs also tell me if you want to make any changes to it)
- your shoe size – and whether that’s UK, US or EU.
- the type of shoe you would like including material, colour, heel height and style, toe style. Make sure to also tell me anything you absolutely DO NOT WANT as finding the exact shoe you want may be difficult and I would not want to get you something you cannot wear.

If you want a pair for someone's present or by a certain date, please contact me *at least* three weeks before they are needed, to make sure I can have them ready by then.

As I'm a student, I understand cashflow problems better than anyone, so I will always look for the most cost effective solutions to what you want and my prices are always open to negotiation.
