Creating art with our hands is a way of life too often left at the wayside in our fast paced lives. I find etsy an amazing way to connect artisans around the world, with any individual willing to take the time to look for an item created by real people, one item at a time.

All items are crafted by me, in a smoke free environment.

My studio is pet free but I do have cats at home and things may cross paths occasionally.

Payment

Paypal is my preferred method of payment. The paypal link is located on the Buy Now page.

Money orders are also accepted
Your order will ship after payment is received and has cleared the bank.
I reserve the right to cancel orders if no payment is received within 5 days; unless we have communicated about other arrangements.

Wisconsin residents: Please add 5.5% sales tax

Shipping

Items are shipped domestically through US Priority Mail.

If you would like expedited shipping, please let me know and I will give you a quote. Insurance is available; just send me a message during checkout (under notes to seller if you want some insurance)
Lost or damaged items are not the responsibility of the seller.


International orders are shipped First Class International, please contact for price. If Priority is close in price, then I will switch to that and that price should be listed in the item description. Clear as mud , I'm sure. Feel free to convo me with any questions.
All payment is in U.S. dollars. Any customs charges, fees or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine what can be shipped into their country.

Refunds and Exchanges

I take great pride in my work and want you to be pleased with your purchase. If however you are not, please contact me to resolve any issues.
If you would like a refund, I will do so after receiving the item and deducting shipping fees. All items must be in original condition and received within 14 days of purchase date.
If you would like an exchange, include the new shipping charges with your return.

Additional Policies and FAQs

My dyelots, for yarns, are small, so please try to buy enough yardage for your projects, colors can be difficult to match. However let me know of any special needs that you have and I will see what can be done.
I will be happy to do custom dye orders or let me know if you have a special handspun yarn in mind.
