Welcome

Each ornament I create is fully custom. Not only is the dog created based on your dog, but you also choose the positioning and accessory. Other ornament makers create one standard pose from a mold and will paint your dogs markings on it. I never use molds to create your ornament, nor do I ever create molds from your ornament. Your ornament is 100% unique.

Each ornament weighs 1 to 2 oz and measures between 1.5 – 2.5 inches tall/wide, depending upon positioning and breed. Ornaments are entirely handcrafted by me, Emily, based off the photos you provide.

I use only Kato brand polymer clay in my creations. Based upon my experiences with other clay brands, these two brands are the most durable. Most ornaments are extremely durable and can survive an accidental fall, however just as with ceramic pieces care should be taken when handling your ornament. If your ornament should break, gel based super glue is the best repair method.

Custom items are created after photos and payment have been received. Please allow 7 – 10 days for items to be created and shipped.

Payment

Payment is due at the time your order is placed, unless other arrangements have been made with me in advance.

If you pay with a check, I will wait for the payment to clear before I begin creating your ornament.

If you wish to order multiple ornaments, please contact me for a private listing.

Shipping

In the US I'll ship via Priority Mail for $5.

To Canada I'll ship via First Class Mail for $5.

To Europe and Australia I ship via First Class Mail starting at $9 for the first ornament and $1 additional for each additional ornament.

Refunds and Exchanges

If your item is damaged in shipping, I will do my best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

In most situations I'm unable to offer refunds on custom pet ornaments and figurines. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me so we can work out an acceptable resolution.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All items are created in a smoke, but not pet free home. The animals, however, are not encouraged to contribute to the creation of your product!
