Vintage silver or vintage brass refers to the finish unless noted in the tags as vintage.

Flea Market refers to vintage style items.

Payment

Please make payment at the time of purchase with your paypal account. Just click on the paypal button at checkout. Payment is not complete until you receive your paypal email receipt.

If you are new to Etsy, just set up an Etsy account with a username and email address, then pay for the items with your credit card through Paypal, no need to have a PayPal account.

Shipping

Orders Ship To Paypal Address, PLEASE CONVO ME ASAP WITH ANY CHANGES, QUESTIONS or COMMENTS. For items that are in stock (you will be notified if items are not in stock such as a reserve for a special request), please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Once processed, your order could take an additional 5-10 business days to arrive (weekends and holidays are not included).

PLEASE ENSURE YOUR ETSY AND PAYPAL ADDRESSES MATCH. If you want me to ship to a different address please CONVO me right away after your purchase to insure that I change it before it hits the mailbox.

All items are sent USPS First Class Mail. Once a package leaves my hands at the post office, I can not assure that it will be received unless you add insurance. So, please insure your order by convoing me and I can add the appropriate amount to your order, as TuLLe cannot be held responsible for missing packages once the package is mailed through the USPS.

Priority Shipping is available. Please contact me and I will send you a revised invoice.

All items are sent First Class International Mail. Most orders arrive within 3-5 weeks of shipping. I do not include paper receipts in packages.

NOTE:

I ship Tuesday, Thursday and sometimes, Saturday.

The shipping costs covers both the shipping itself, and the cost of packing materials. I do use clean, recycled packaging whenever possible and encourage you to re-use as well. I combine shipping on multiple items. If you would like Priority Mail, iNSuRaNCe, or any other services, please convo me and I will happily send you an adjusted invoice.

I leave feedback for all transactions, unless you ask me not to do so. If you have a problem with your order, please contact me BEFORE leaving feedback so that I can try to remedy the problem so that you will be happy with your transaction and all feedback will be positive.

*Also, please note that any raw brass items in my shop can be made to look vintage by simply rubbing black or raw umber acrylic paint (such as Apple Barrel) with a soft cloth until desired look is achieved. Please use a spray sealer in high gloss or matte to insure that the antiquing does not rub off. Raw brass items can also be sprayed with a sealer to maintain there "gold" look and to prevent tarnishing.


YOUR PURCHASE AGREEMENT:
Though all my Items are sold with safety in mind, My items could be a strangulation/choking hazard. Buttons, Bells, & Adornments if become unattached are a choking risk. By purchasing items from Tulle you agree that I am NOT responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur while using and/or wearing any of my items. Thank you.

Please contact me by convo if you're interested in more quantity than I have listed or you have any questions regarding supplies or materials. I make jewelry with all the items that I sell and can offer you advice on size of split rings, pin backs, finished, etc. Please ask. I aim to please.

ALL JEWELRY COMPONENTS SHOULD BE KEPT AWAY FROM CHILDREN. California Prop 65 Warning: Consuming foods or beverages that have been kept or served in leaded crystal products or handling products made of leaded crystal will expose you to lead - a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. We recommend that you wash your hands after handling, and keep all items away from small children and infants

Tulle recognizes the importance of protecting the health and environment of customers. However, some products sold such as crystals manufactured by Swarovski contain small amounts of lead.

Various base metal findings, chains, charms and pendants and birdcages, sold by our company may also contain trace amounts of lead or nickel, which are commonly used in the manufacturing process to help metal alloys flow more easily, and to add strength, weight or definition. I do my very best to conduct business with established vendors who comply with current Federal and State safety guidelines regarding the use of hazardous chemicals in the manufacturing of the products we sell. California recommends that you wash your hands after handling jewelry components, and KEEP ALL ITEMS AWY FROM SMALL CHILDREN AND INFANTS. The products Tulle sells are not intended to be ingested in any manner. Thank you.
