Payment

When paying with Paypal all payment is appriciated immediately. If not recieved, however, I'm happy to send an invoice as a reminder. Obviously payment should me made in a timely mannor. I only accept PayPal and RME as they are a secure way to transfer funds. You do not have to have a account to purchase through PayPal with a debit or credit card. If you would like to pay by any other means please convo and we can possiably work something out.

If paying by e-check, your payment MUST clear before your order will be shipped.

**Please do not purchase if you have no intent to pay!! Its a really just waste of everyones time**

If you live in the state of PA I have to charge you 6% sales tax... the law says so... and from what I gather, jail is not cool

**NOW accepting RME Payment! - When purchasing items select "Other" at checkout and leave your RME email address in the message to seller and I'll send you an invoice.**

Shipping

All items will be packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment, depending on day of the week it is.

---> I am a mom of 2 small boys and you have to understand that on occasion it may take me an extra day to make it to the post office, but your items will definatly be shipped promptly and with care!

Custom orders may also take an extra day or so to ship.

All orders will automatically ship to the buyers Etsy address. If you wish to have your order mailed to a different address please convo or leave a note in the message to seller upon checkout.

***For international shipping, please convo first and I will get you a custom USPS shipping quote***

I do my part to help the environment and on occasion I do use recycled mailers, if this is a problem please let me know.

If you would like Shipping Insurance please convo first and I will be happy to send you an updated invoice via paypal.

USPS Shipping Insurance Rates:
$1.65 = up to $50
$2.05 = $50.01 to $100
$2.45 = $100.01 to $200

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me and together we can make arrangements. I accept refunds/exchanges on a case by case basis. I promise I will do everything in my power to make sure that my customers are happy!

Because most of my creations are one of a kind items made with materials collected from all over the world I cannot offer exchanges for exact replicas of any item.

All Sales are final on custom orders
