Payment
Please pay promptly. I'll hold an item for 7 days after purchased. if payment is not recieved in that time i will relist the item and leave negitive feedback for you. if there is an extenuating circumstance please let me know. i dont like to leave negative feedback so please let me know if there is an extenuating circumstance. and we will try to work something out.
Id prefer payment via paypal but if you pay by check or moneyorder please know that i will not ship the item until it has been cashed. i will let you know the day i receive your check in the mail and the day that i mail your items via etsy conversation.
Shipping
please let me know in your notes when purchasing if you would like a different shipping method. i will be happy to send the item however you like but it will take an extra day to get out so that i can find out the price of the new shipping method and change your bill accordingly. thanks
Refunds and Exchanges
Please know that there no returns. Please contact me before you buy if you have any questions about an item. id love to answer them for ya. there are only exchanges on non used items (no pet hair etc.) and shipping costs are covered by the buyer. I do my best to describe and photograph the items to be a good representation of what you are getting. If there is a problem please contact me and i will see if we can work something out.
