Welcome to Paper Legacies. My name is Elisha and I have been a custom scrapbook artist for 4 years. I began scrapbooking when my daughter was two and became completely addicted to this craft very quickly. I am a member of the Paper Piecing Artists Guild (a seller's group on ebay) and a HOF Design Team Member at Scrapbooker's Clubhouse. I have also Guest Designed for Paper Popsicles and Scrapbooker's Clubhouse this year and have had articles and classes featured on their forum and blog. I have had the privilege of creating for clients all over the US and in Italy. I adore the opportunity to create for others and look forward to creating for you, as well.

Payment

Payment must be received in advance. For large order, I ask for half up front and the remainder when order is ready to ship. I ask for 3 weeks from the day I receive your photos to complete larger custom orders. Small orders, such as mini albums and tins can be completed in one to two days. I do work quickly because I do know you want to receive your order as soon as possible. I will let you know once everything is in place for me to begin your order on when to expect it back from me. Taxes are applied to the total cost for all orders coming from the great state of Alabama.

Shipping

I ship priority with a tracking number and shipping confirmation. I take great care in making sure your items will arrive to you in the best possible condition.
International Orders:
I love shipping outside the USA. Please convo me for exact shipping charges. You will be responsible for all additional terrif and levy charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds, less shipping and handling, are given as soon as product is returned in the same condition it was mailed in. All returns must be received in 10 days from the day it was received. All items will be insured when shipped.

Some of my creations include, greeting cards, altered picture frames, altered clipboards, clocks, scrapbook pages, mini albums, journals, notebooks, notepads, altered photo tins, altered recipe tins, altered lunch and snack boxes, ID Badge albums, paper bag albums, accordian albums, shadowboxes, wall hangings, and much more. No request is too big or too small!
