We love what we do and we hope you will too. We make every effort to ensure the product we are sending to you is as perfect as it can be. Whether you are buying for someone as a special gift, or buying for yourself, we strive to use the best quality products on the market to make our products stand out above the rest.

Please email us with any concerns you have about a future or past purchase. We want you to be happy and believe anything can be resolved. Having said that, we must also say that we make every effort to portray the colors, textures, and sizes correctly on screen. However, every monitor is calibrated differently and may not show up exactly as we intend it. We put any color, fabric, and/or size descriptions with the product to help aid in your selection. Please convo us with any other questions before purchasing.

We currently only accept PayPal at this time.

The buyer has three days to complete purchase before item sale is cancelled.

Utah residents must pay 6.80% sales tax.

Shipping

We ship to the name and address provided by PayPal. Pleae make sure this address is updated and correct. v.lou textiles will not be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect PayPal address.

All totes will be shipped USPS Priority Mail (in US) within two business days after PayPal payment received. This includes tracking. Seller not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

All onesies, t-shirts, dresses, pillow covers will be shipped USPS First Class Mail (in US) within two business days after PayPal payment received. Seller not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Duties/customs may be charged to international customers, and are the responsibility of the buyer.

refunds given to overcharged shipping that equals $1.00 or more. Sometimes it's hard to figure out and it happens. I gladly refund.

Refunds and Exchanges

If the item you receive is faulty upon arrival, please return it in original packaging for a refund, less shipping, within 7 days. After 7 days, please contact us.
