Welcome

It is with great pleasure that I have found Etsy, for my little plush creations
were born here. It's a wonderful community of fellow craftspeople that helped
raise my RodoZoo into the creative beings they've become.

I use Eco-friendly materials whenever possible. The fiber fill is from recycled
plastic bottles and is softer and plusher than anything found in stores. My
fabric is being slowly replaced with EcoPile®, not available in any by-the-yard
stores.
You will find this fabric used on Bo Nobo(coming 5.20.08) and Lamb Arnaki.

Child safety concerns: All my designs can be modified to address any safety concerns you may have. The safety eyes really are safety, I haven't been able to get one off yet, even with a pair of pliers; but understand that sometimes all soft is more
appropriate. Paw pads and teeth can be left out. Please, if have any other concerns, please feel free to contact me.

All of my plush animals come from a smoke free environment. While I do have pets, my studio is outside of the home. If you have an allergy issue, please let me know and all care will be taken.

Payment

I prefer PayPal but welcome personal checks (USA only). All checks must clear the bank before item is shipped. Sending cash is probably not a great idea.

Shipping

In stock items ship out within 2 days, others take no longer than 10 days unless noted otherwise.Packages are usually shipped via USPS Priority. HOLIDAY ORDERS:Orders shipped within the United States typically take 2-3 days to get to their destination by USPS priority mail. If you need something shipped express mail please email me for a shipping quote.

First class mail outside the United States, most international packages arrive within 10-14 days. If your country is not listed choose the everywhere else selection.
HOLIDAY CUT OFF DATES: To receive your items in time for Christmas, *dates are based on USPS delivery estimates*
Within the U.S.- December 13
Outside the U.S.- December 4

If you'd like an upgrade to Overnight Delivery, just let me know and I'll invoice you the balance. I'd rather have my guys swaddled and delivered to you by a stork, but I have be reasonable...

International shipping is done 1st class but have no ability to track or confirm packages, therefore I cannot guarantee these items. having said that, I've shipped dozens to Europe and beyond and haven't had an issue.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are determined on a case-by-case basis.
I do guarantee my work and understand that sometimes the little ones or four-legged friends can be
rough on my guys. If you send one back to me with a note asking for healing, I can see what can be done to mend whatever injury might have occurred.

Regarding wholesale: I feel what is charged is what I can make for a reasonable hourly wage. The best I could do is offer 6 for the price of 5. I have a full time job and this is more of an obsession as opposed to a business or hobby.

Trades: I do consider trades for outstanding jewelery (I have amassed quite a collection as it is), clothing, custom shoes, quality handbags and objects of art. I don't have any children,
so I'm sorry to say that none of those types of items would be of interest.
