Payment
All prices are in USD. I accept credit cards (through PayPal), checks, and money orders. Items will be shipped within three business days of receipt and clearing of payment.
Shipping
Your yellowplum beads piece will arrive in a gift box with a card containing care instructions and information about the design and the materials used.
I ship everywhere! All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service.
Expedited shipping is available upon request for an extra charge. Please convo me before purchasing to arrange details.
All orders will ship within three business days of receipt of payment. Please note that customs delays are always possible with international purchases. Any customs duties on international purchases are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will gladly accept returns (for repair or replacement) in the event that an insured piece arrives damaged or is misrepresented
I also guarantee each piece for repair or replacement in the unlikely event that it should break
I cannot offer cash refunds or pay the cost of return shipping.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
My pieces are durable and will bring you years of enjoyment if you care for them properly. I would not recommend submerging any yellowplum beads piece in water and I would also avoid contact with perfume or hair care products. It's always best to put your jewelry on last, after hair, makeup, and perfume.
All of my findings and metal beads are sterling silver, and they will eventually tarnish with exposure to air. I would recommend storing your yellowplum beads pieces in airtight plastic bags (provided with purchase) when you are not wearing them.
In the event that silver beads and components become tarnished, you can clean them with baking soda and water applied gently with a soft bristled toothbrush.

Please understand that while my images very accurately depict my craftsmanship, color display is variable from one computer monitor to another.
