Payment

At this time, we can only accept PayPal transactions. When you order, let us know if you would like insurance and we will send you an updated invoice. Thanks!

Shipping

Your purchases will be shipped within five business days after receiving payment. Items will be shipped U.S. Postal Service First Class, with Delivery Confirmation. Insurance available upon request.

Non-U.S. customers are welcomed, but we will have to figure out shipping on a case-by-case basis! Thanks for understanding. Kindly send us a convo if you are from another country.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not happy with a Dragonwood faery, you may return it within one week of receipt for a full refund. We would appreciate a note explaining why you were not happy.

Custom orders are welcomed! Faerygirl would enjoy making a personalized faery or set just for you. Convo if you would like a quote.

JennyGardener is fiscally and legally responsible for all transactions, including Faerygirl's. We hope you will be happy with your purchases!
