Welcome

I have always been into doing crafts. My family will tell you that I have been doing crafts ever since I could pick up a crayon and a glue stick. (Seriously, I can show you the artwork I created with that too. I still have it.)

I have always tried to explore new crafts, mostly so I wouldn't get bored with one thing. After doing many local craft shows in 2005, and not having much luck with ebay, I decided to start my own Etsy shop.

I am a stay at home mom to a beautiful 14 month old girl. Every purchase you make helps support our small family, because sometimes those paychecks are just too far apart. :)


***About My Items***
I take each item seriously, which means I carefully assemble each item by hand. All scrapbook items are made from acid free, archival safe materials. All crocheted items are made with great care, and the ends of the yarn are woven in so that you will not see any knots or stray ends on your item.

Also, all of my items come from a pet-free and smoke-free home.

***My Philosophy***
If I wouldn’t use it myself, I won’t sell it to you. (I am a complete perfectionist.)

Payment

Payment by Paypal is due within 24 hours, but I prefer immediate payment.

With any form of payment, I will not ship until payment has cleared.

Shipping

I take great care in packaging your item to make sure it arrives safely. I ship items daily (except on Sunday). I ship via USPS - First Class.

I do ship internationally, by First Class International. Buyer is responsible for any and all customs fees. I will not mark gift to avoid fees. Make sure you know what is and what is not allowed to be sent to your country. Items shipped via first class international mail will be shipped at my earliest convenience (usually 1-3 business days).

All shipping charges include packaging, time, gas, etc.

I ship to your Paypal address, so please be sure that it is correct! If shipping is returned due to buyer's error (inaccurate address, etc), buyer will be sent an additional invoice via paypal to cover cost of re-shipment. The item will be shipped after payment is received.

Once your item leaves my hands, I am not responsible for it. If you would like insurance on your package, please let me know.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds & Exchanges are available for most items. If you buy something, and for whatever reason decide not to keep it, you have 2 weeks to contact me (from the day I ship it out). Buyer is responsible for "return to seller" shipping.

Exchanges:
Please convo me, saying you would like to exchange something, and why. You may then pick something else out of my shop (of equal or lesser value). You are then responsible for paying all shipping costs to ship the new item back to you.

Returns:
Convo me saying you would like to return the item, and why. Once I receive the item, I will issue you a refund.

Custom orders, earrings, and gift certificates are not available for returns or exchanges.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders are always welcome, but you will need to pay for it upfront before I start on your order. If it is an afghan order, I require a deposit first, instead of the entire price.

Once you place the inital custom order, you are not allowed to change it! Please be sure of what you want before placing your order.

Custom orders are not available for returns or exchanges.

~COUPONS~
If you have a coupon for my shop please buy the item at the original price. When checking out, please put the coupon code in the "Notes to Seller" section. I will then send you an updated invoice, if you have not paid yet. If you have already paid, I will simply refund the discount.

*Only one coupon can be used per person per day.
