Payment

Shopping from my ETSY shop requires the payment be made with PayPal.
Your checkout will not be completed until payment is made via PayPal.
You need not be a PayPal member to send a payment by credit card.

Merchandiese will not ship untill full payment is recieved.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and must be paid in U.S. dollars.

PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF ORDER AND MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 24 HOURS

ORDERS NOT PAID IN FULL WITHIN 24 HOURS WILL BE CANCELED AND THE ITEM(S) RELISTED

IF YOU EXPERIENCE PROBLEMS WHILE TRYING TO SUBMIT PAYMENT PLEASE LET ME KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

AS PER ETSY POLICY, NON-PAYING BUYERS WILL BE REPORTED

Shipping

Merchandise will ship at least 3 business days after payment is recieved.

Custom and special order items require pre payment and are shipped once completed.
All Items will ship USPS first class, parcel post or priority; depending upon which is the cheapest.

Insurance can be added upon request prior to your purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is most important to me.

All sales are final.

I will exchange or refund your purchase if the product is returned within 3 days and is in new condition.

Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Items are handmade, no two are exact so replacing items can be difficult or impossible.

If you are unclear of something please do not hesitate to ask me about it.
I am unable to offer replacements or refunds for items lost or damaged in transit
Any problems that you may have with your shipment after I have mailed it,
should be taken up the shipping carrier.
Insurance can be added upon request prior to your purchase.
