greetings + salutations.
welcome to Baking with Medusa. my name is micha. all available creations + designs are handmade by me, with the help of my ever growing armada of pet sewing machines. i draft all my own patterns + everything is made in a PET FREE/SMOKE FREE environment. impeccable craftsmanship + lots of love are the main ingredients of all my creations . i also do my best to use recyclables as much as possible.

Payment

i accept paypal/credit-card payments or money orders [for those of you who prefer not to make online payments]. please be prompt with your payment after making any transaction. if payment is not received within 7 days of placing an order, your order will be canceled. items will be shipped only after payment is received.

Shipping

all U.S. orders are shipped USPS priority mail with a confirmation number. i do my best to ship out all orders as soon as possible. if you would like to upgrade your shipping to rush delivery, please contact me to make arrangements prior to purchase.

if your order is a gift for someone else please contact me. i'd be happy to make a personalized gift card + ship it to them directly.

NEW INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES FOR ALL ITEMS. international shipping will be sent USPS first class. again if you would like to upgrade your international shipping to priority mail or rush delivery, please contact me to make arrangements prior to purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED, contact me immediately! i will do my best to replace the damaged item. one-of-a-kind handmade items are often times difficult to replace. in such cases, a refund or exchange is acceptable. COMMUNICATION IS KEY, so be sure to keep in touch on such matters. once the damaged item is returned + received, i'll be happy to refund your money or ship a replacement item.

art prints are original handprinted items. they are unlimited editions, unless otherwise stated. feel free to contact me with questions or color requests. if you see a print you really dig, but would like it in a different color, send me a convo. i can pretty much mix up any color you can think of.

i keep myself pretty busy.... but i love a good challenge, so custom orders are welcome [especially if they involve monsters, spacemen or vincent price].
