Payment

CT residents are subject to our state's 6% sales tax. Paypal automatically adds on the proper tax. When choosing to pay other, the sales tax will need to be added to the total.

I accept credit card payment through Paypal.
Personal Checks are accepted as well, though the order will be shipped once the check has cleared at the bank.
Money Orders are also accepted.

Shipping

All my jewelry work is wrapped with tissue and packed in a kraft gift box. I use bubble envelopes and prefer to ship First Class Mail from my local Post Office. I personally pack and ship my orders within 2 days of receiving confirmed payment. If you need an item sent sooner or would like to add insurance, please contact me through a convo or my email. We then can set up new shipping terms.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final after the 30 day grace period. A replacement or refund will be given if the piece does not meet your expectations or arrives damaged. Please contact me immediately with any issues so I can quickly rectify the situation.

Quality: I am my own worst critic. I hold myself to the highest standards when constructing my artworks. Each piece is built for strength and beauty to last for many years to come. Please be careful when handling fused glass or mosaic pieces, they can crack if they are dropped.
