Thanks for taking the time to read our store policies. Below you will find all the info about payment, shipping and refunds.

Payment

The preferred method of payment is Paypal, however if you need different payment arrangements contact us for details.

Shipping

Most items are shipped within one week of ordering. Custom requests WILL take longer.

Refunds and Exchanges

We will be happy to work with you if you are not happy with your purchase. We understand that it's difficult to judge a piece of art from a photograph, particularly a digital photograph as monitors will vary in color and quality.

If you do decide that you want to return a piece, our policy is that the buyer pays for return shipment. If the painting or drawing comes back intact, in original condition, we will refund upon inspection, provided that the buyer has contacted us first and return is arranged between us. If you do want a refund contact us within the first two weeks of receiving the piece.

Also some items are not be refundable such as custom framing, special requests and shipping charges.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Some items which are not on canvas are not framed at the time of photographing. Please refer to the description to see if a matt and frame are included. There is always some flexibility in these cases for cropping, matting or other altercations. Just contact us if you have questions.

Also in some cases our prices can be negotiable.
