Payment
i only accept Paypal at this time. a credit card can be used at Paypal, even if you do not have an account. payment is expected at the time of purchase. if payment is not received by the 7th day, then I will cancel the sale and relist the item.
there is a 6% sales tax for CT residents
Shipping
purchased item(s) will be carefully packaged and sent on their way within 2-3 business days. i ship monday thru friday.
domestic shipping (US) is via USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation unless otherwise noted in listing. if you need an item sooner, please convo me and we can make arrangements.
international shipping is via first class international. unfortunately, i am unable to track packages overseas as the shipping charges are expensive for this service. please check any import restrictions for your country before purchasing as i am not responsible for custom/duty fees or seized items.
Refunds and Exchanges
if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible in order to make arrangements. the item will need to be returned to me (at your expense) with all packaging materials. then depending on your request, i will offer an exchange or refund.
