Tres Chic Vintage sells vintage clothing from the 1950's through the 1980's, and contemporary pieces as well. We sell beautiful and unique clothes, accessories, and shoes. All items are hand-picked, one of a kind, vintage pieces. We update weekly, sometimes more often when possible.

Payment

• Serious buyers only – please do not place and order if you can't pay.
• Payment is due within 3 days. Payments not received within 5 days (you get 2 extra days) will be re-listed unless you contact us to work out other arrangements.
• U.S buyers can use PayPal or QUICKLY mailed Money Order/personal check – convo the store to let us know about your payment method if it's not PayPal.
• Payment with Money Order/personal check must be received within a week!
• International buyers- PayPal only.
• WHOLESALE: 10% off when you buy 5 items or more + regular shipping discount
• I hold items on reserve for no more than 2 weeks. Check the item you reserved for the due date.

Shipping

• I ship everywhere.
• If you feel the shipping cost has been overestimated, contact me and I will offer a refund for the over charge(please remember the packaging costs are included in the shipping price).
• I will ship within 2-5 days of payment.
• I combine shipping
• FREE shipping of 3 items or more within U.S.
• Super low rate for international buyers (3 items or more): $5 each item (does NOT apply to heavier items such as coats/jackets, contact me before purchase t confirm the shipping rate)
• All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail (2-4 days) and First Class (5-10 days) international mail

Refunds and Exchanges

• I do not issue refunds for improper fit or vintage wear.
• If you are questioning the wear on an item, CONTACT ME, and I will gladly send you more pictures, so you know what you are getting.
• CHECK and DOUBLE CHECK the sizing. If you are not sure, ask me for more details about sizing of an item.
• They best I can do in way of refunds is a store credit for the purchase price as long as the request is received within 5 days of delivery and only after items are returned. Contact me for details.
• Do not leave bad feedback, but contact me first so I can resolve any issues you may have. My aim is to give you the most positive Etsy experience.

Additional Policies and FAQs

..::SIZING::..

• Items may be pinned on model to show how they should fit on the proper size.
• We cannot be responsible for items that do not fit - everyone's body and idea of sizing is different, so please go by the measurements.
• All measurements are taken flat seam-to-seam and given in inches.


..::CONDITION::..

• Keep in mind that you are buying vintage (used) items, so there may be minor imperfections.
• We do point out any flaws that we notice, but it's possible that we overlook something.
• Normal vintage wear and tear will not be included in the descriptions, this is what gives pieces character.
• If you are concerned about the condition of an item, contact us and ask for additional photos.
• None of the accessories shown are included unless specifically noted.
