Lampworking is a serious hobby for me...it's a hobby in that I can't devote myself full time to it, serious in that I want to be doing this in 10 years from now. So, with that in mind, customer service is extremely important and your happiness with my product is paramount.

Payment

I prefer PayPal as a method of payment. If you prefer a different form of payment, please convo me to see if we can work out an alternate arrangement.

I ship upon receipt of payment.

Taxes of 8.25% are charged for Texas residents.

Shipping

Since lampwork beads are currently a hobby for me, I need to accommodate my hobby schedule around my regular day job. I usually ship through USPS and generally within 1-2 days of receipt of the order. Please convo me to discuss options and potential additional costs if it’s a rush. I’d love to be able to help you out!

I usually purchase insurance for the package, but do not require a signature for package receipt.

Refunds and Exchanges

It is extremely important to me that you be happy with your purchase. I do stand behind my work and will guarantee the workmanship.
- If there are any quality issues, I am happy to fix these.
- If you find you are accidentally hard on the beads, I will leave it to your discretion to determine the extent of accountability (yours or mine).
- If your expectations are not met in some other way, please contact me to see if there is anything I can do to make it right for you.
- If you are simply unhappy with the item, you may return it for a refund, less the cost of shipping within 30 days of receipt. The money will be refunded upon receipt of the item.
- If the item is received damaged, please take a picture or send the item back so I can use it to determine what caused the issue in the first place and correct it. I will repair the item if possible. If it’s one-of-a-kind and irreplaceable, convo me to discuss options such as a similar item replacement or a refund.
