Hi and welcome to Emily Designs. I have been making handcrafted gemstone, pearl and crystal jewelry for many years and selling online since 1999. I have a twist to my designs that alot of my customers find appealing. I have a style all my own and hope that you enjoy browsing my designs and enjoy your shopping experience.

Payment

You can pay via paypal, personal check, or money order. I DO NOT accept cash in the mail, it will be sent back at your risk. DO not send cash! I also accept payment via paypal credit card or e-check, work this out with paypal. Please make sure to get the e-mail adress correct when sending a paypal payment (e-mail me if neccesary). Payment is due within ten days of purchase and I will work with you on this if you convo me and ask for an extension. I can only give an extension if you are willing to wait for your item.

Shipping

Shipping is FREE for all purchases within the U.S.A, this is because in-country shipping (first class, USPS) is inexpensive and any shop or business that charges over $3.00 for this service is overcharging!
Out of country or overseas shipping is $4.00 per order. Rather than make you pay by a shipping calculator that can be inaccurate, I just charge less than it really costs, no matter what.

Refunds and Exchanges

You may return items you are unsatisfied with, a valid reason for return is needed, ie: doesn't fit right, is the wrong color/s, etc.. if you buy an item and within the first two to three weeks find that you are unsatisfied please let me know immediately and let me know why you want to return the item and how you would like it dealt with ie: exchange, credit, refund (minus the paypal fee). I make adjustments and alterations for free so you may want to consider this option before returning the item/s outright. I highly suggest that you consider your purchase before you buy so that you can avoid unnecesary return shipping costs, and the trouble that can come with that. Paypal also takes a small fee that will be taken out of the cost of the item being returned, shipping will not be payed for returned items either, so think about wether or not you really want to purchase the item, also let me know before you pay any alterations or changes you would like made because in some cases there are additional costs, lenghtening, adding lever-back earwires, etc..
