Welcome

Please read my policies below and contact me if you have any questions, requests or concerns. I'm very approachable and will respond in a timely fashion.

Payment

I prefer payment via Paypal, however will accept personal checks and money orders. If you choose to pay by check or money order, I will mail item once your check has cleared the bank.

Shipping

I ship all items using USPS First Class mail within 24-48 hours of payment. If you would like to upgrade to faster shipping methods, please contact me before placing the order and I will post a special listing for you with the adjusted shipping cost.

Handling
I take special care with all my items and package them carefully to ensure safe delivery. Prints are placed in a clear plastic with a hard backing and shipped in a sturdy Stay Flat envelope. Cards are packaged in clear boxes and shipped in a bubble envelope.

Refunds and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is very important to me and I have 100% positive feedback to date. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return the item and I will refund the cost of the item (minus shipping) for up to 30 days after order date.
