Welcome

Once you have made your purchase, please email me your personalization, design specifics, photo(s) (high quality works best)and quantity (order as many as you like). If you need a different size (5x7, 3.5x5, etc), let me know and I will set up a special listing for you. Once I have received your information, I will begin working on your proof. Once it is completed (usually within 24 hours), I will email it to you. Once you have made your final approval and payment has been received, I will have them printed and mailed to you. They will be mailed within 48 hours of final approval. Please allow additional time for weekends and holidays. White envelopes will be included in your purchase.

I do offer cards without photos. All cards can be printed on photo paper or heavyweight cardstock.

Payment

Payment must be received within 3 business days of purchase. If you are sending a money order, please email me and let me know it's on the way. Once I receive your cleared payment, I will send you your cards. I will not email you your proof for final approval until payment is made.

Shipping

Items will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail within 48 hours of final approval (please allow additional time for weekends and holidays). I can ship First Class if you'd like. Please convo or email me if you would like this option for a quote. If you are a local customer (within my area), please convo or email me before purchase so I can let you know how to save on shipping! I also ship Worldwide.

Refunds and Exchanges

All my items are custom, therefore no returns will be accepted. If you are not happy with any of the proofs and wish to have your money refunded before final approval/printing, I will gladly do so. However, before that is an issue, please give me the opportunity to correct whatever problem there is.

If there is a problem with shipping, I will do whatever I can on my end to make sure that it is resolved.

Digital files can be purchased as well.
