Welcome to Cornelia-Creations!!
I'm making intricate, organic - and quite sculptural sometimes - jewelry with -among others - wire, metal, pearls and gemstones.
I want my pieces to be fun, bold and colorful :)
Every item in the store can be created with your preferences, so if you'd like me to recreate a piece in another color or dimension, please feel free to ask :) Custom orders are ALWAYS welcome!!!
Emails are checked real often so don't hesitate to contact me if you have any particular question or just for a little chat ;)

Payment

I accept Paypal, credit cards, money orders and checks.
Payments are due before I send anything. Which means if you're paying with paypal or a credit card - no problem since the payment is made instantly, but if you're paying by check or money order, I'll wait for it and see if it clears before sending your order :)

Shipping

I ship worldwide by priority mail. For shipping within the US, please, allow 1 to 2 business days for handling and packaging, then 2 to 3 business days for shipping. If you're ordering from outside the US, please, allow 1 to 2 business days for handling and packaging, and then 6 to 10 business days for shipping.
The shipping is $8 for the US and $26 for everywhere else, it can seem a little bit expensive, but this price includes shipping & handling, of course, but also a lovely package (the jewelry is wrapped in an organza bag with raffia within a pretty box - contact me if you'd like to see pictures of the packaging :P)and also a "surprise" gift to say thank you !

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is extremely important to me. I do my best to give you the most accurate description with texts and photos. However, if you believe any item does not meet your expectations, I will refund the entire purchase price, subject to the following conditions :

- The item is returned within 14 days of the shipping date
- The item is in new condition (no scratches, damages,. missing parts...) like brand new.
- The item is not a custom/special order.

You can also return an item for an exchange if * :
- The size is wrong
- The item has been damaged during shipping
In that case, please, return the item with a note saying what's wrong and I'll send it back to you again (after repairing, resizing, etc...) with no additional charges.

* For any other reasons, please contact me first.

Custom orders are welcome :)
Every item in the store can be created in another metal color or with other beads / pearls colors. I'm always happy to do custom orders, I find it more rewarding and the jewelry piece is even more unique :) so feel free to ask!!!
