Patchmaker's Shop Policies

Welcome

Welcome to Patchmaker! Being a dedicated, obsessed quilter is the best job on earth. I list as many block sets and quilt tops as I can, and lots of them are New York Beauty Blocks, my all time favorite! All of my items are handmade, so each is "one or a kind".

Payment

I prefer payment through Paypal, but if that's a real problem, send me a Convo, and maybe we can work something out.

Shipping

I ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, following receipt of payment, by Canada Post. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for your item tp arrive. If you need your item really quickly, please let me know; shipping cost may be changed to reflect overnight shipping. If you're outside of Canada, be patient with your customs inspectors. They can delay arrival by just a little. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your item, so if you're not, please send me a convo or an email (maggie@patchmaker.ca) as soon as possible. If you are requesting a refund, the item must be returned to me, with a tracking number, within 14 days of receipt. All returned items must be in new condition. Items returned without first contacting me may not be refunded.

Custom orders are ALWAYS welcome. If you saw something you liked but didn't buy, or if you would like a similar item, let me know. Please note that all items are handmade, so there will be differences in colors, fabrics, etc., as each item is unique and original.
