Payment

PAYMENT: I love PayPal! Who doesn't? But I also take Money Orders or checks, no problem. Convo me for my address, I'll ship as soon as the check clears (about 10 days), or as soon as I receive your MO. As per Etsy guidelines, please pay within 3 days of your purchase.

Shipping

SHIPPING: I ship via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation; depending on the size and fragility of the item. You will even receive an email from me with the delivery confirmation number, so you can track it online (modern technology!)
I ship quickly, always within 2 days of receiving your order, sometimes on the same day if possible.
All items are wrapped as a gift, because who doesn't like to open a present?
Plus, if you purchase one of my items as a gift for someone else, I will be happy to a) gift wrap it, b) add a note from you (for FREE!), and c) ship directly to your lucky gift recipient. It'll be pretty, I promise! Just let me know.

Refunds and Exchanges

RETURNS: I've never had anything returned that I've sold on eBay in 8 years, or Etsy, but if you contact me within 3 days of receipt of your item, I will cheerfully refund your money (minus shipping), as soon as I've received the item back from you. I stand by all the items I make and sell, and guarantee you will be more than pleased with your purchase.

SPECIAL or CUSTOM ORDERS:
Do I do them? You betcha! Please convo me with your requests. Need a few things for a party/wedding/etc.? They can be similar but they won't match exactly; the nature of the work I do makes every single piece one-of-a-kind.
